_When traversing the playlists from the main menu, you could press the CD-MD-CH button to toggle it between "play", "append" and "insert" modes._ Now then Tony, don't act all innocent - I know you've seen the proposed layout for the new remote :-) Sufficed to say, this is something that's coming.
