It's a big hit at first, but if you turn around a couple months from now and decide you can't afford it, you can sell for almost what you paid for it. Demand is obviously higher than supply and it seems that will remain for at least a little while.
Never though about it that way... thanks for the tip. Might just be enough!  :-)
