Let me help summarize most of the feedback.  These are the main factors that play a role is deciding the place where we meet:

Meet Date Poll Results:  Saturday May 25 (Memorial Day Weekend).

Priorities:accomodate 75-150 attendies, seated as a group
centrally located in the Bay Area, roughly between SF & SJ
large parking lot, cars together as a group
good food, good beer 
Secondary Priorities:good view, scenery
apres activities
low expense
