The tuner has always occasionally been lost in the car; that's normal and not a problem. Eh? "Losing" the tuner shouldn't happen at all... It doesn't for me, and I use it a lot. What are the symptoms when it goes out? Can you just not switch to it at all? Does a reboot fix it? Is this a bug, or is your tuner module just flaky?
