doulve check that cable.. i had simialr problem.. and i switched the drive links.. like so

orginal cable config

______________Drive0___no drive
Mainboard ||-----||--------||  

Switch It To This:

______________no drive___drive0
Mainboard ||-----||--------||  

just to see if its the cable thats what i did.. and it works now.. till i get my new cable..
