Yes, you just have to : - connect the empeg through COM port to your PC, - run hyperterminal (or an other COM terminal) with default parameters, except bitrate:115200 and Handshaking:None - start your empeg that's the serial log. (you can save or copy it) ...but as Tony says, it's in the FAQs ;-)
