The Streambox people still have a web site ( www.streambox.com ) and are still in business as far as I can tell... No mention of their old StreamBox VCR product at their web site any more. Too bad, because StreamBox VCR had a lot of great options for capturing streams, including the ability to scan a web page for links to RealAudio streams (as opposed to letting you fish through the source HTML for the URL). Yup, too bad this one isn't publicly available...

There was also StreamBox Ripper, which would do a faster-than-real-time decode of RealAudio streams at very high quality (without any sample-rate-conversion aliasing in the high frequencies) and also encode on-the-fly to MP3 or WMA with a host of options, including batch conversion. Too bad that's one's not publicly available, either...
