[Empeg-general] How can I "unmark" a track once it's been marked ?

I've checked the FAQ,  but found nothing on this subject.

I tried searching for the files, unmarking and resynching -< no go
I also tried manually searching the track in my playlists, unmarking it and then resynching, but also after resynching the track is still just as marked as it was.

Am I doing something wrong?
