you can't all be doing this frame by frame.. Why not? I did. Paint Shop Pro was all I used. That was for all three animations I've done: The original empeg and Rio animations, and the original Risky Tux (without the underwear). It's not that hard. It's only a couple dozen frames. Learning how to use the selection and move/cut/paste features of your image editor is the trick.
