You're probably okay with IC10 and 11.  I had a look at the <a target="_blank" href=http://eu.st.com/stonline/books/pdf/docs/1078.pdf>datasheet</a> and it looks like both of the pins originally installed are voltage inputs of sorts, so you would not have reversed the polarity.  I guess it's possible you damaged something else though.
