I'll go so far as to say 'definite maybe'. It claims ne2000
compatability, but I don't know if it will actually use the ne2000
module. You will need to disable the Plug-N-Pray, and set the card up to
use the hardwired IO and IRQ the TiVoNet board wants. In a perfect world
there will be jumpers, in this world expect to put the card in a PC and
hunt down a dos confuguration program to set the card up. Good Luck.
