[ExtractStream] RCA inputs on tivo

The way I do mine is I setup a satellite lineup of one channel, 100, and 
told it to use the AV inputs for the box. Now when ever I change to 
channel 100 I get what is on the NTSC inputs. Just select a random box 
configuration and use the IR buster thing.
