New poll for ExtractStream

Missed a couple of choices:
o The software should be released later, when we recover from both the 
MPAA *AND* the RIAA lawsuits [ed: it's far better to do 3 battles one 
at a time than 3 battles simultaneously]
o The software should be released, with clear and large type regarding 
the fair use vs. copyright infringement.
