If you have 'ExtractStream-0.1.tgz', there is a copy of the Netcat 
binary for TiVo in hack/bin/nc when you unpack the tarball.

To build the nc software on your workstation, a google search for 
'nc110.tgz' turns up many locations, I found this one and added it to 
the 'bookmarks' section on 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ExtractStream/links
