Modified splitstream 0.3.1 available

I've been successfully using Joe's splitstream 0.3 for quite some time
now, and have found the time offset reporting to be absolutely dead-on
for all uncorrupted streams. Specifically, the 'audio delay from
earliest video' has always been the exact offset for my uncorrupted
streams. The only problem I ever had was if I didn't write down the
audio offset right away, it tended to scroll itself out of the buffer
and get lost. Or if I came back to the separated stream a couple of
days later, there was no output buffer to look at. The only way to get
the offset again was start splitstream and then interrupt it after it
reported the offset. This, to me, seemed rather inefficient.

So I dusted off my old 'C' programming book and went to hacking. Two
hours later I came up with what I'm calling Splitstream 0.3.1. It adds
a new flag, '--time-offset', to Splitstream which allows you display
just the time offset of your ty stream. This is the ONLY change that I
made to the code. I didn't do any enhancements to the chunk processing
or anything like that; that's well beyond my C++ programming abilities.
It's currently available in source-form only through anonymous FTP at
ftp://www.stilldesigning.com/spstream-0.3.1.cpp.gz. It has only been
tested on Linux so far (specifically Mandrake 8.1 for i386), but there
should be no problems compiling it for the win32 platform.

For Joe, I tried to document all of my changes as well as possible
within the source code. You should be able to see fairly easily what I
did. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
