[ExtractStream] Any Ideas?

I had extractstream working perfect on my 14 hour TiVo with an upgrade
drive, now I get that error one a 30 hour with a 40gig upgrade drive.

7523

I have the latest version via CVS.

Any ideas how to fix this?
