Sequence number bogus errors (FAQ?)

Okay, I finally got my TivoNET working well enough to transfer files via
nfs to my linux server (this was a long and gruelling process as I had
never set up an nfs server before and the samba module kept rebooting my
Tivo), and am now happily running ExtractStream 0.3 (CVS).

The problem is that I am getting many "Sequence number bogus" errors (as
you may have guessed from the subject), and the streams cannot be
multiplexed together without losing sync horribly. I seem to remember
reading about this error somewhere, but I can't find any reference to it
on the web or in my mailbox. Has anyone else run into this problem? Is
there a solution or workaround? And should this be in the FAQ? For
there matter, *is* there an ExtractStream FAQ and, if so, where can I
find it?
