SplitStream Front End

I have created a Windows front end for the SplitStream utility. It can 
handle multiple files and will split the file recursively until there are no 
more "bad" chunks. To download it, go to http://66.92.235.22/

I hope that this utility is useful to some people who have problems with 
corrupted streams. Enjoy!
