Yes,

Its that win98 doesn't have this API, function. It was my mistake and is
fixed in the source tree. If you need a version which runs, then mail me
and I'll send you a version which runs on all systems.

When I run this from the Win98 command prompt, I get an error
starting:
The TYCONVERTSTREAM.EXE file is linked to missing export
KERNEL32.DLL:GetFileSizeEx.

Anyone know what gives with this?
