3.0 and anything at all

I've kept my Tivo unplugged from the phone in hopes of avoiding the 3.0
upgrade; looks like I lucked out. Does anyone have extraction working
with 3.0 using any means? I'm going to hold off on the 3.0 upgrade
until it's confirmed that they haven't completely precluded extraction
through encryption or some other means. . .
