ExtractStream failures

Yeah, I am connecting via telnet. The IP address is correct. From
what I can tell, netcat doesn't open the port because ExtractStream
isn't finding anything to stream. I have tried a few other versions
of ExtractStream (hacks and older versions) but they give me errors
like this:

bash-2.02# ./ExtractStreamDx1 823313
found 2 MFS partitions: /dev/hda10 /dev/hda11
Attempting to locate tyStream with fsid 823313...
fsid maps to secondary MFS App partition, but there does not appear to
be one on this system

bash-2.02# ./ExtractStream-fsid-match-fail 823313
Attempting to locate tyStream with fsid 823313...
...tyStream located, sector map follows:
Start Length
02940000 00040000
01d00000 00040000
03620000 00020000
00160000 00020000
010c0000 00020000
01120000 00020000

Any other new versions of ExtractStream I should be trying? I haven't
tried any other other apps. I thought that they were all wrappers for
ExtractStream. Are there any replacements for ExtractStream?

Thanks for your responses and help.
