TivoApp Conversion Not Working

Wow! What fun this has been trying to get up and running. I have 
everything working up to the point of where I try to extract the 
video. Everytime I try to extract, I get a screen that says, 
Converting XXX.mpg but it hangs at 0% and never does anything. I 
have replaced exactstream with sendstream and renamed as I have an 
80 gig upgrade in my TIvo but that didn't work either. Any 
suggestions as to what is wrong? Thanks in advance!
