[ExtractStream] That Green Line

AFAIK there is no way to get rid of it excepd during editing. IT's part 
of the encoded data. That's the sync area that the TV needs to get it's 
gun ready. Also theres a top area of fuzz thats where the closed 
captioning stuff is (in the SYNC margin)...
