[ExtractStream] That Green Line

The only way I've found to do it is in TMPGEnc ...
click on the setting button, then the advanced tab,
and check the box next to clip frame. Then double
click on clip frame, and you can clip the green bars
out ... it might vary from video to video, or else be
exactly the same, i'm not sure ... but just up the
value for left til you crop out the non-video part of
it ... for arrange setting, make sure it's set to full
screen (that's what I use) ..
