Well folks... I *Finally* got Avisynth working well with TMPGEnc...

... and it's working *Very* well. I plan on having a new "Bible" webpage up
in a week or so, detailing my new bitrate calculator (which automagically
spits out .avs scripts! ;-) ) my new scripts for splitting & whatnot.

I even have Inverse Telecine working correctly now!

<MODE="Teaser">
And now that I have my frame-rate issues all straightened out, I've found
that my encoding times have decreased dramatically... my preliminary tests
show that 43 minutes of video should VBR encode in about 90 minutes!!!
(well, having dual Athlon 2600+ MPs Definately helps... ;-) )
</MODE>

Just thought I'd share the good news, and let y'all know I'll be sharing
everything shortly... (I need to take a little time to retrace my steps
once before I put the webpage up - the new bitrate calc uses Python (GUI,
no less!!!) and has cut-n-paste features that need a seperate module, so I
have to go find it again... stuff like that.

Anywho, gotta fly. Lotsa stuff to do... Laterz,
Roger "Merch" Merchberger
