A HIGH WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT OVER THE YOLO CAUSEWAY & OVER THE BRYTE   BEND BRIDGE /WEST OF SACRAMENTO/ (YOLO CO)  
WESTBOUND TRAFFIC IS NO LONGER BEING TURNED AT THE DONNER LAKE INTERCHANGE   AND TRUCKEE (NEVADA CO) AT 1855 HRS ON 2/18/18
