I have some other open positions in different areas (marketing, technical
and sales). If you don't mind, I have included some samples of who we are
looking for.

Thanks again for your help and I will try to attend the DBF meeting, next

MATRAnet, a new venture of LAGARDERE companies, well known for the MATRA
Group in France, develops and markets Internet technologies for security of

Job Descriptions:

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Northern California

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver a Marketing program that will establish MATRAnet as a
world-class leader in the delivery of Internet solutions.
Develop comprehensive communications plan.
Establish market messages for customers, Industry analysts, trade press and
employees.
Establish design guidelines for corporate presentations, brochures, product
briefs, product packaging and any associated promotional materials.
Manage a corporate advertising campaign.
Manage a corporate public relations campaign.
Manage and coordinate all tradeshow and seminar activity.
Manage all liaisons with industry analysts.
Manage all phases of product launches.
Develop and deliver sales collateral including brochures, white papers,
case
studies and sales tools.
Maintain a current schedule of marketing deliverables and schedules.
Work closely with sales personnel and counterparts in Marketing located in
Velizy.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-5 years in a
comparable role.
Experience marketing software applications or tools, Internet solutions,
communications or networking products.
Proven track record of marketing achievement, specifically working with
trade press and analysts.
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Ability to effectively manage and lead contractors and vendors.
A highly disciplined work ethic and understanding of sales cycle of complex
systems.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Journalism, or
Marketing.
An MBA or comparable experience, is preferred.
Willingness to travel.
French language skills an asset.

Compensation: Based on experience.

Position: Product Manager – Communications Products

Location: Northern California

Responsibilities:

To develop Internet communication product requirements, conduct pricing
analysis and competitive analysis
Develop a comprehensive Product Strategy that will ensure market leadership
by MATRAnet in the Internet communications space.
Develop product revenue, margin and cost of goods forecasts, and define and
structure potential OEM partners.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate product feature roadmap, designing
and maintaining an accurate customer oriented product presentation and
define product life cycle analysis, and provide input in the development of
product marcom material.
Clearly define customer requirements in Product Requirements Documents, and
provide technology leadership consulting to engineering.
Provide input to industry analysts and trade press.
Represent MATRAnet at industry forums, seminars and tradeshows.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience related communications products (internet, software
applications or tools).
Experience introducing new products
Initiative and ability to work independently are required
Field Engineering experience a plus
Pre-sales engineering experience a plus.
Technical degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Clear and concise presentation skills required
Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
Knowledgeable of the data or voice industry

Location: Northern California

Responsibilities:

Developing new sales opportunities from partner leads, web site referrals
and cold calling.
Identify and create new sales opportunities in specific vertical segments.
Provide Marketing and Development departments with feedback on
product/market requirements.
Provide a leadership role in marshalling resources required to close a
sale.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years in
successful field sales.
Experience selling software applications or tools, Internet solutions, or
communications products would be an asset.
Need high energy, enthusiasm and self-direction.
Excellent selling, presentation and writing skills.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Finance, or Accounting.
Willingness to travel.
Compensation: Base salary plus commissions with a target of $90 to $120k.

successful field sales.

Excellent selling, presentation and writing skills to both executive and
technical management.
Ability to effectively manage and lead a complex sales campaign.
A highly disciplined work ethic as demonstrated by an adherence to
strategic
account planning techniques and sales cycle methodology.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Finance, or Accounting.
An MBA or comparable experience, is preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Compensation: Base salary plus commissions with a target of $150 to $175k.

Contracting Position: GUI Designer


Location: Northern California

Responsibilities:

Review of GUI of application with goal of it improvement and creating
distinctive look. Creation of multiple icons in coherent style for use in
application. Review will include: Application screens, WWW forms,
Installshield screens.
Requirements:

Experience in GUI design for stand alone applications. Experience with Java
apps is plus. Ability to produce original icons, match colors, knowledge of
ergonomics. To be able to understand logic of complex application.

Responsibilities:

To develop a set of user and administration documentation for Web based
products

Requirements:

Knowledge of WWW terminology (forms, frames, etc.) is plus. Should be able
