Looking for an office space

I am looking for an office to accomodate two people (me and another
person who will arrive in November). If there are offices available in
your company, or if you know of someone who wants to sub-lease a room,
please let me know.
I need one room, about 150 to 200 square feet, anywhere between Palo
Alto and San Jose.
