BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
iPIN is the leading developer of the next wave of micropayment systems
for the Internet. We are seeking a Customer Support
Representative to offer excellent customer support to our global
marketplace. This person will be bilingual in French and English
languages, and have an excellent knowledge of customer service
procedures and systems. Our Customer Support Center will be using
a blend of the latest Internet customer contact technologies as well as
the more traditional contact methods. This is great chance to
start on the ground floor of one of the hottest startups and work in a
fast-paced fun atmosphere!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As well as having superior customer support skills, excellent
communication skills in French and English, the successful candidate
will
also have the following:
· 2-3 years experience in a customer support environment
· Knowledge of business writing and telephone techniques
· Undergraduate degree preferred
· Positive attitude and pro-active approach to problem solving.
· PC literate with Windows  (Internet experience a plus!) 
· Comfortable with technology issues, especially e-mail and web sites

QUALIFICATIONS:
An undergraduate degree preferred  (or equivalent), plus 2-3 years
experience in customer support.
