[SA-exim] Message-ID with comments

Hi,

I know in the code it says only Message-ID: <...> will be parsed, but how 
about checking for what's in between the first set of <> instead of 
requiring them to be at the beginning and end of the header? This would 
work great with Ids like the following:

Message-ID: <3D11E5E5004E0664@mel-rta10.wanadoo.fr> (added by 
postmaster@wanadoo.fr)

sa-exim works great here.. :)
