[SA-exim] spamassassin and bounces

I've removed the SAEximRunCond: 1 line
and it does not scan anymore.

ex:

2003-06-11 15:53:45 19Q62r-0001zF-0K SA: Notice: Not running SA because
SAEximRunCond expanded to false
2003-06-11 15:53:45 19Q62r-0001zF-0K <= <> R=19Q62k-0001xj-Eh U=mail
P=local S=6267 T="Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"
from <> for blahblah

Did you restart spamd?
