[SA-exim] Which version(s) of spamassassin?

Non-issue. I ran 2.50-CVS and 2.60-CVS with Exim 4.14/SA-Exim 2.2, now
2.60-CVS with SA-Exim 3.0 (all SA-Exim apart from in the beginning with
the dlopen patch) and it's always worked perfectly.
