[SA-exim] Message w/ subject line falsely tagged by SA

It *IS* spam, but SA shouldnt have changed the subject line given that the
score wasn't high enough. (and it didn't add an X-Spam-Flag header, so..)
See if I ever report a bug to YOU again! *HARUMPH*
