[SA-exim] Klezmail with forged envelope

I've searched for this already and all I found was everybody using
amavisd-new as a filter *after* SMTP time.. 
Is there a somewhat reasonable Howto or README.Debian or whatever out
there explaining how i could add virus viltering to the SMTP-time-checks
aswell? That's been on my todo list for quite some time now ;))
