[SA-exim] Problems getting sa-exim/exim integration working

The first error is known, it's my screwup. It's fixed in
http://marc.merlins.org/linux/exim/files/sa-exim-cvs.tar.gz

This shouldn't be an error, it's probably just triggered by the previous
line
