[SA-exim] Spamassassin and MX servers

I have some customers asking me to perform spam filtering for them.

I want to create a table of domains that I will scan for.  When an email
comes in, SA-EXIM checks the receiving domain name and looks it up in this
table.  If it exists, spamassassin runs against the email, but if the domain
isn't in the list, spamassassin doesn't scan it.

I have several domains I am a backup-mx for, and they do not want me to scan
their messages.

Does anybody have any suggestions to do this with that is fast and easy?  I
am only wanting to scan for 3-4 domains, but I am backup MX for over 2 dozen
that don't want scanning done.
