Note: You mentioned attachments and antivirus statistics.  SA-Exim doesn't
do this.  Perhaps you're thinking of exiscan?  In which case, you may be
able to use existats' custom pattern matching.

If you're using ClamAV, Vexira, or RAV, this may help you with AV stats...
