Having thought about this, it seemed to me to be "correct" that the time
in the Received: header really should be the time of final acceptance,
not the time the message started to be received. So I would not want to
revert to the previous behaviour, and I think an option would just be
another complication that could be confusing.

That is a bright idea, Nigel. Thanks for suggesting it.

I will look into it, but I don't know when, because I'm going to be away
a lot in the next couple of months.
