[SA-exim] wont't detect spam correctly

Everything is running as the as user and the files are owned by user mail
mail 15076 14791 3 15:15:01 ? 0:01 /usr/local/bin/perl -T /usr/local/bin/spamd -u mail -a -d
mail 14791 1 0 15:08:32 ? 0:03 /usr/local/bin/perl -T /usr/local/bin/spamd -u mail -a -d
mail 15075 15071 0 15:15:01 ? 0:00 spamc -s 272384
