[SA-exim] Can't locate object method "greylisting"

If you are using debian, it should work out of the box.
If not, check that you have the equivalent of:
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Greylisting.pm
and that your SA config does have:
loadplugin Greylisting /usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Greylisting.pm
