The easiest way is shown in the documentation:
SAteergrubecond: ${if and { {!eq {$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.1}} {!eq
{$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.2}} } {1}{0}}

Set 127.0.0.2 to the IP of the relay you don't want to teergrube, and add
new entries as needed
