Subject: [SA-exim] Run SA without SA-exim

After some years of (good) work with Exim4 and SA-exim, i'd like to try 
to use only Exim4 (v4.71)
to interface directly with SA.
What are the correct steps in order to unlink Exim4 (i don't use split 
configuration but
only exim4.conf) from SA-exim and use only SA (v3.3.1) in a Debian system ?

If your config has something like
local_scan_path = /usr/lib/exim4/local_scan/sa-exim.so
remove that, and it'll remove sa-exim.
