1-WAY CONTROLLED TRAFFIC FROM THE EL DORADO/PLACER CO LINE TO 4.2 MI NORTH  OF THE EL DORADO/PLACER CO LINE 24 HRS A DAY FROM 0600 HRS MONDAY THRU 1200 HRS   FRIDAY THRU 1/1/16 - DUE TO PERMIT WORK - MOTORISTS ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS OF   UP TO 20 MINUTES
