[IN THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA & SIERRA NEVADA]      EASTBOUND TRAFFIC IS REDUCED TO 2 LANES AT HARBOR BLVD /IN WEST SACRAMENTO/  (YOLO CO) FROM 0900 HRS TO 1200 HRS ON 7/8/14 - DUE TO MAINTENANCE  - MOTORISTS ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS OF UP TO 10 MINUTES
