Right, so you may have noticed some bogus twitter updates today.
I just found out that twitter nicely modifies old tweets after the fact
and makes them look different.

This was originally posted as

and then got modified as
Trafficalert Amador County: Good news coming from Carson Spur, as the road is open and vehicles are moving smoothly on State Route 88 https://t.co/f0lcZHnS9s

which looked like a new post.

I'll write some new code to exclude URLs from the checksum I compute and
hopefully that will take care of this problem.
