TrafficAlert I-80 Chain Controls now Stateline to Nyack. Expect traffic congestion and delays. Watch for pedestrians and highway workers, especially at chain-up and chain-off areas. Trained chain installers will have reflective sign with their bib number. http://pic.twitter.com/FLauceld3D
