Highway 20 remains closed between E St in Williams in Colusa County and Walker Ridge in Lake County due to the Pawnee Fire. Detours: take I-505 to Highway 128 in Winters and head west toward Napa or westbound I-80 to Highways 12 or 37. No ETO for Highway 20.  TrafficAlert
