It felt like summer last weekend when the sun burst out & temperatures started popping in District 10. What a difference a few days can make! Today we have snow in the mountain passes, with Caltrans snow plows working on SR-4 and SR-88 to keep roads clear of snow. Give them room! http://pic.twitter.com/gxe63FqN7U
