Caltrans I80 twitter update

Update as of 2pm Caltrans and CHP are reopening eastbound I-80. Vehicles only at this time, being escorted from Colfax to Kingvale and on over the summit . Travel slow and be aware of snow removal equipment in the area. Big rigs will be released at 3 pm eastbound.
