Caltrans I80 twitter update

I-80 and Highway 50 are both at R-2 chain controls. R-2 means: Chains or traction devices are required on all vehicles except four wheel/ all wheel drive with snow-tread tires on all four wheels. R-1 on secondary highways allows for snow tires on non 4WD/AWD vehicles.
